1. Initial Approval
For getting an initial approval, the following documents are needed:
☛ A business plan
☛ Completed application form
☛ Copy of existing registration certificate and trade license (if you are an existing company)
☛ A certificate of reference from a personal bank of the individual shareholder or 2 years audited financial reports for a corporate entity
☛ Color passport copies of the shareholder(s) of the company and the appointed manager for the new ADAFZ company
2. Registration
You will be able to register your business with the free zone authorities after you get the initial approval.
☛A license fee that ranges from around AED 15,000 to AED 50,000 is needed. Apart from that, payment of a registration fee of AED 5,000 or AED 7,500 is required depending on whether a trade license, manufacturing, or service is required
☛ Submission of the completed application for the registration process
☛ Board resolution that appoints the Manager, attested and notarized
☛ Memorandum and Articles of Association (MAA) that are notarized and attested

Note :To apply for Visa Immigration Fees is mandatory – AED 834 for Establishment Card and AED 2,270 for online system activation. The manager should have a bachelor's degree attested by UAE Embassy & legal translated into Arabic.
