TYPES OF OWNERSHIP
FREEZONE ESTABLISHMENT (FZE)
The establishment enjoys an entirely independent corporate entity. The minimum capital that is required for the establishment will be $ 50,000. Further the owner is liable only within the extent of the capital.
FREEZONE COMPANY (FZC):
The company is usually incorporated by a number of corporate or natural persons. The business owners will be liable within the extent of the paid-up capital only and the minimum capital of the company is $ 50,000.
BRANCH OF A LOCAL COMPANY:
Licenses under this category are issued to the free zone companies holding a valid license from any other UAE licensing authority
BRANCH OF A FOREIGN COMPANY:
Licenses that comes under this category are often issued to business ventures established outside the UAE. Besides, the ownership of these companies will be 100% foreign. However, sales of the companies that comes under this category can be made only through a UAE registered distributor or agent. Further, the activity may be industrial, commercial, professional or services.

♜3.A no Objection Letter from the sponsor in case the applicant has a valid residence in UAE
♜4.A feasibility study shall be submitted in the case of Industrial & Services enterprises
♜5.No need to show capital deposit in Bank
A Branch of a Local Company
♜1.Passport copy that is valid for 6 months minimum, for the representative or manager of the company.

♜5.A resolution issued by the competent authority to the company for carrying out the activity in the Freezone and appointment of a representative or manager by virtue of a duly attested Power of Attorney
