  Dubai Knowledge Park is a human resources management and professional learning trade zone campus in the city of Dubai. It was established in the United Arab Emirates in 2003. Moreover, it provides facilities for corporate training as well as learning institutions to operate with 100% foreign ownership. There are over 400 institutions as well as companies operating within it. It includes occupational assessment, testing providers, professional centers, universities, executive development providers, computer training providers, and HR consultancy companies.   Informally known as Academic City, Dubai International Academic City is a university town in the city of Dubai. The project was launched in May 2006 in liaison with Dubai Knowledge Park. As a university town, DIAC is a foundation for schools, colleges, and universities. Consisting of 27 colleges and universities, 3 innovation centers, the DIAC enrolls about 27,500 students.   It is the region’s first science-focused business community, created to position the United Arab Emirates as a destination for research and development, prototyping, creativity, and innovation in areas of human, plant, material, environmental, and energy sciences.

  Located in Al Barsha South, it is accessible from Umm Suqeim, Sheikh Zayed, and Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed roads. Public bus transport is available via Route F36 from the Mall of the Emirates. It is located approximately 30 minutes from the Dubai International Airport.

  Dubai Design District (d3). is a purpose-built master-plan development in Dubai dedicated to the design community including startups, entrepreneurs, and established international design, luxury, and fashion brands, It is a TECOM Group Freezone business park consisting of three phases, the first of which is 11 building offices, completed in 2015

  d3 is adjacent to Dubai's Business Bay and is located close to Mohammed bin Rashid City. The district is situated beside Dubai Creek and behind Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.
